Can't open web site

    Hi dears

    I try to open my new website but there is a problem in case of putting url or ip address

    the following appears:
    Web Page is Unavailable

    We are very sorry.

    The web page you are trying to reach is unavailable.

    Please contact the Website Administrator.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    This is my ip address:
    96.31.35.68

    The domain name is: rehabdelivery.com

    I already uploaded site by ftp but when I try to open it the previous msg appears.

    By default you can't reach the site by IP because that IP is shared. You can't reach the site here by the domain name because the domain doesn't point to us:
    Domain name: REHABDELIVERY.COM
    Domain servers in listed order:
    WIN1.FASTBIGHOST.NET
    WIN1.FASTBIGHOST.COM​
    Those name servers need to be changed to:
    ns1.Winhost.com
    ns2.Winhost.com
    ns3.Winhost.com​

    How to change the server name ?

    Same problem here ..
    not able to access the website by domain name .
    my domain name is www.friendsontheway.com
    and ip :-96.31.35.33

    how do i configure to see my website ?

    You can change your name servers through your domain name registrar, which seems to be BIGROCK.
