Our site uses ComponentOne to generate dynamic .pdfs for our members. Until sometime in the last couple weeks, it was working. But, in the last couple weeks at some point, any attempt to generate a .pdf from our site returns the following error. I contacted our developer, and he said nothing has changed in the code. He suggested I ask here if anything has changed in the server environment. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there any further information I can provide to make the discovery process easier? Thank you!
This error message does not indicate it is a server side error. It is indicative of programming error. You can try recycling your application pool to see if that will correct the problem.
doing some research on the BC30456 error that you are getting, I have found a few links that offer a couple different suggestions on how to clear this error.
