I will be performing an upgraded of DNN 5 to DNN 6. I want to backup the files before I do that. However, trying to pull the entire directory down (a file at a time basically). Just isn't working properly. Is there anyway that I can zip the directory, download that .zip (so it is a single file). Even if I have to request it to be manually done ? Thanks
You can FTP into your site and pull all the content to your local altogether. Note the SQL database is on different server so make the database backup from the control panel first. I'm afraid there's no way to get the whole site as a single zip unless you ordered to retrieve it from our backup system (which requires some fees for us to perform search and retrieval)
