Google Search Console - Verifying Ownership

I am on Google Search Console. Where do I put this information in Winhost?



In my Winhost, I found this:

Home Domain Name List DNS Manager Add DNS Record

But here it asks for:

Domain Name
Data
TTL

I am guessing I leave 'Domain Name' blank, because 'mydomain.net' is already printed.
I am guessing the 'Data' is the string found in the image above in the Google Search Console.

But, what is TTL???
