Today at around 12:10 PM Pacific Time, some of our servers had a network issue. You may have seen slow-loading sites, timeouts, or trouble reaching the Control Panel, FTP, or email.

Our network team found the cause and took action. Service has been restored, and we are continuing to monitor it closely.

If your site is still having trouble, please clear your browser cache and try again. If that does not fix it, open a support ticket and include your domain name. We will look into it right away.

Thank you for your patience, and we are sorry for the trouble.

    What Happened
On October 14, 2026, from about 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Pacific Time, a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack caused high latency on our network. While this was happening, some customer websites and applications may have loaded slowly or stopped responding.

    Who Was Affected
Customers in the affected environment saw reduced network performance. No customer data was accessed or modified. A DDoS attack is aimed at making a service unavailable, not at the data stored on it.

    Why It Happened
A dedicated DDoS mitigation system protects our network by automatically detecting and blocking attacks like this one. In the last two years, it has stopped many attacks without any major effect on customers. This time, the system did not mitigate the attack automatically the way it should have.

    How We Fixed It
Our network engineers spotted the attack and mitigated it by hand. Full service was back by 1:30 PM PT.

    What We’re Doing Next
Our engineering team is looking into why the automatic protection did not work as designed. Based on what we learn, we will make changes to strengthen our defenses and help keep this from happening again. We will post an update in this thread once the review is finished.

We’re sorry for the disruption, and we appreciate your patience. If you are still having problems, please reach out to our support team.
