Hi, I have setup Email Forwarding for my site hosted at Winhost. I am forwarding the email to my hotmail account for one of the email accounts that I setup for my site. When I send email to that email account, I can see that arriving in the SmartMail on Winhost but I do not see the messages forwarded to my hotmail account. Should I open a ticket? When certain email messages are not being forward and other email messages are being forwarded. 9 times out of 10 it's because our email system has a rule in place to not forward an email message with a spam weight of medium or higher. The reason for that setting in place is to prevent spam email messages from leaving our email server. This setting prevents our email server from getting blacklisted by other email service providers. Thus leading to a bigger issue. We can't edit or disable this setting.
