Hi! When I try to send an E-Mail with this Code I receive a SmtpException. Is something wrong with "mail.4immobilien.at"?
Your domain name isn't pointing to our name servers thus it's also not pointing to our email server. If you want to use our hosting services you will need to change the name servers to our name servers below: NS1.Winhost.COM NS2.Winhost.COM NS3.Winhost.COM After yo change your name servers. If you want to use the SMTP host of: mail.4immobilien.at then make sure you don't use SSL in your settings.
I dont understand.. my domain name should point to your servers, because www.4immobilien.at works as well. And the mail.4immobilien.at works on Smartermail. I'm not so common with this Mail Server Stuff. Can you please give me more detailed information about how I can make it work? Thank you, Scorfa

When you perform a "ping mail.4immobilien.at", it doesn't resolve, so I'm not sure how you got it to work. You need to either update your name servers to point to: ns1.Winhost.com ns2.Winhost.com ns3.Winhost.com Or create a DNS "A" record pointing to the IP address of your mail server here at Winhost. To find that information: 1) Log into the Winhost Control Panel 2) Click on the Domains tab. 3) Click on the Manage link next to the site you want to manage. On this page are your DNS A, CNAME, MX and TXT records.
Thanks for your help! I updated the name servers, but it didn't work for me. The "A" record "mail.4immobilien.at" is pointing to the Mail-Server IP. It works when I use the IP adress of the Mail-Server instead of "mail.4immobilien.at". For now this sollution is fine for me Tank you
