How do I upgrade my hosting plan? (unfortunately I can't call to do this - you don't provide real customer service)
You can upgrade your hosting plan by simply using the 'Change hosting plan' in the control panel https://cp.Winhost.com/sites/plan.aspx
Sarcasm Regardless of how 'in the right' you feel you are, sarcasm from an employee reflects poorly on the company for those of us trying to assess whether this is a company who provides adequate support. :-( Just a comment since you have such good overall reviews on the web that I just signed up.
