When you register a web hosting service with Winhost you will need to input a credit card number to be recorded with that account. That credit card you input will be charged for the web hosting service. If you have any problems with your web hosting service, log into the Winhost control panel that is created for you. You will see a button labeled Support at the top right of the control panel. Click on that and open a ticket to the support department. One of our support staff should reply to your ticket fairly quickly.
