W19 upcoming maintenance that is going to cause a 2 to 4 hour outage on the server.

The maintenance is scheduled to take place on the following date and time:

    Wednesday , March 27th, 2019
    Between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Pacific time

We understand that this is short notice for a long outage, but we have detected drive corruption on the server and a check disk is needed to fix the error. To be clear, no customer data has been affected, but these early signs of corruption are usually a precursor to potentially wider, destructive corruption, so we want to act immediately to prevent any problems.

We're sorry there isn't a quicker fix, but this is the only way to properly protect your data and insure that your site continues to run smoothly.

  2. This indicates Thursday March 27th, but Thursday is March 28th. So do you mean Wednesday the 27th or Thursday the 28th? Thank you.

12noon - 7pm is still prime business hours here even thou we are pretty relaxed folks.

The check disk is talking a lot longer to complete, it is currently at 50%. We are looking at another 3 to 4 hours to completion.

Please refer to the link prior to your post so that updates don't need to be made in two places. Thank you.
