http://w04.Winhost.com is down. My site's secondary URL is also down: http://uhpaorg0.w04.Winhost.com as is therefore the "real" site: http://asp.uhpa.org help!
closer inspection: the secondary URL seems to be working: http://uhpaorg0.w04.Winhost.com but the IP address of my real site 96.31.35.44 is not responding/down. so therefore http://asp.uhpa.org is not working. I submitted a ticket but it's hard to know if you folks received it (I didn't get an acknowledgement) and there's no apparent way to escalate the issue. help.
Are you still having the problem? I believe we had a quick maintenance on the web server your account was on during the time you experienced your issue. The server is up and you should no longer see any problems.
