View available memory via IIS7 Manager

    Hello,

    Is there a way I can view what memory is currently in use/available on my Winhost account via IIS7 manager?

    In the control panel there is a disk space usage and bandwidth usage meter.

    I'm looking for a way to monitor how much memory (ram) I am using and how much I have left. I don't believe I can get that from a performance counter since I don't believe my app will have access to that.

    There is not a way to monitor the 'live' memory use without accessing the server, and since these are shared servers, I'm afraid we don't allow that.
