I purchased the ultimate hosting plan but gave an e-mail address that is down at the moment. Can anyone recommend how to change said e-mail address?
Can you contact support department and ask to resend the Welcome Letter to your alternative email address. Since you didn't receive the Welcome letter I don't believe you know the control panel login. So you won't be able to open a ticket through our support portal.
