I think that for Winhost you have to use FTP, which is what I do. I use SmartFTP - it's brilliant and pricing starts at around 36 USD for a single user licence. I'm afraid FTP is the only connection method in which you can upload your files to our server. If you are having problems uploading files via FTP, send us your FTP log and we'll review what is going on with the connection.
