I have just switched from Arvixe to WinHost. My email via the Arvixe servers was [email protected]. I have two other emails that don't contain a period to the left of the at sign. They work fine but I can't get [email protected] to connect. I can log into SmarterMail with now issues but I'm having trouble with Outlook 2010. Any suggestions? Are you getting a specific error message? We have a Knowledge Base article for step by step setup of Outlook 2010 (though if your other addresses are working I suspect you don't need that).
