Transfer webpages to my website

    I have a Winhost domain and I am connected to the website using Microsoft IIS. I don't remember how to transfer my webpages to the website. Can you help?

    You can transfer your files using an FTP client such as FileZilla. Instructions on how to connect can be found in this Knowledge Base article.

    I get a critical error. Her is the response
    Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (96,31,35,11,19,211).
    Command: STOR /website test/index_files/image2941.png
    Response: 550 Access is denied.
    Error: Critical file transfer error
    What I am doing wrong?

    Try changing to FTP Active mode. Did you also publish your site before using Web Deploy?
