No. Not conflicting. Winhost is not an ICANN accredited domain registrar. We are a reseller for domain names. No, we are not a domain registrar. Our domain registrar partner is opensrs. No, we cannot accept existing domains right now. If you are unhappy with your domain registrar's service then you can move to any other domain registrar you want. I use godaddy for my domains.
