First, you do not use www in front of a subdomain. But more importantly, your Control Panel says you have not set up a subdomain: Site: tibisit.com List of Subdomains You do not have any subdomains.

Check the DNS manager from within your control panel. It looks like the A record name "pdcnet.tibisit.com" was dropped from your zone record.
