SQL Server 8 Stored procedures

I know this is an SQL Server 8 question, but I cant find it on the net how to do it. In the SQL Server I am working with, it comes with a folder called Stored procedures with system generated stored procedures and options to create your own. I dont see that in SQL 8 and wondered how to create them.
