Hi, I know Winhost do daily backups but recommend backin up yourself so I was wondering if there is an easier way for me to back up my database from your sql server without generating a HUGE script and running it locally? Would be great if I could just generate a .bak file and pull it down via FTP?? Thks, Phil
I'm afraid at this time we do not have a feature where you can access the SQL server directly and generate a .bak backup of your database. At this time the only method of obtaining a copy of your database is by running a script against it.
