   I have changed my site admin password while ago and at that time I was able to access SmarterStats but since I changed the admin user password, I cannot login to SmarterStats. Could you please tell me how to reset SmarterStats password?

   You need to use the old password, or you can submit a support ticket, and we'll change it to match your current password.
