http://support.Winhost.com/KB/a551/getting-started-with-the-smartermail-email-system.aspx The above page states that there is a SmarterMail Manager link in the control panel which takes you to the smartermail login page. I dont see a SmarterMail Manager link on the control panel of my site.
The smartermail manager is the same site as if you typed mail.[mydomain].com It will log you in using the postmaster account. To find this log into the Winhost control panel. Click on the tab that is labeled Sites. Look for the site you want to access and on the right hand side look for the words Manage. It should be underline. Click on that and it will take you to the Site Info Manager page of that site. Click on the button that is labeled Email. In there you should find a link for Smarter Mail Manager. Click on that.
I was looking for SmarterMail Manager in the control panel and totally ignored the simple "Email" icon in there. thanks for posting a quick response.
