SmarterMail Issue

  1. My account keeps freezing up with an error that says "SmarterMail is processing the request."
    The only way that I can get it working again is by refreshing the page... This would be ok if I didn't have to do it every 5 to 10 seconds!
    Anyone have a solution to this?

    This is an issue with IE 9 and SmarterMail 7. The solution to this is set IE 9 to compatibility view mode. Go to Tools/Compatibility View.
  3. I am using Firefox. Is there any way I can get it working?
  4. You might want to open a ticket through the support portal so that we can take a look at the issue ourselves, also make sure you send the version of Firefox you are having issues with.

    I haven't seen this or haven't been able to replicate this on our end with Firefox and I have firefox version 4.
