Every time I try to go on the SmarterMail page, it starts to load, the menu bar loads at the top of the screen with the Email, Collaborate, Workspace, etc... Nothing displays in the main window, and down at the bottom left of the page I get the yellow triangle that shows there were errors with the page. The errors are as follows: Error 1: ---------- Message: 'parentNode' is null or not an object Line: 2697 Char: 1 Code: 0 URI: https://m03.internetmailserver.net/...Y-JxGrOvR9-NMZtrcYYe67Z0&t=633727891180000000 Error 2 ---------- Message: 'JSON' is undefined Line: 418 Char: 6 Code: 0 URI: https://m03.internetmailserver.net/Default.aspx Could anyone tell me what I should be looking for? I tried loading the SmarterMail page from a different computer on my network and it worked just fine.
Make sure you allow Cookies and JavaScript to run on the computer/browser. You may want to place your webmail URL on the Trusted list on your browsers security.
