A lot of members have brought to our attention some problems with SmarterMail version 7.4 with IE 9. When you log in to SmarterMail's webmail with IE 9 you soon see a dialog box that reads "SmarterMail Processing". You can clear it by simply refreshing the screen but then it comes up again within a minute or so. Very annoying. A simple way to fix this is to go into "Tools/Compatibility View Settings" in IE 9 and add the domain name "internetmailserver.net" in your compatibility list. Once that is done, every time you log into your webmail, it will display in compatibility mode and that annoying pop up box "SmarterMail Processing" should no longer appear. Of course if you are using Firefox (even its most recent version 4) or Chrome, this should not be an issue. I tested both browsers without any issues, its just IE 9 that does this.
