I have 17 users set up with email addresses. When I right click and print the list, it only prints 14 even though there is room on the page for more David
Not quite sure I fully understand what you are referring to. I am assuming you opened the SmarterMail webmail interface and went to the Users section under Domain Settings. Is that correct? Have you tried enlarging your browser, did you do a print preview to see what area of the web page will be printed? Can you give us screen shots for us to look at?
I couldn't recreate that issue with as many as 25 users. Which browser and O/S are you using? Does a print preview show all the users?
The best way to troubleshoot this is to use Print Preview and to open it in different browser versions. Each browser may have its own print margin settings.
