i install iis7 manager in my computer,but I do not know how to connect to a server,where to find out the server's name?my os is windows 2003,do i need install iis7 in my computer?my Winhost web does not parse aspx file.

No you don't need to upgrade to Windows 2008. What is the error message you are getting? It will be extremely helpful if you can attach screenshots of what you are seeing.
