anyone experienced this before? i have Winhost register a domain name for me (mycompany.com) but if i check it, even on other sites like yahoo, it says it is free for registration. i tried to access it, and still it doesn't point to my site. however I can access my site on the secondary URL... i'm thinking if the registration is still on processing stage... anyway, hosting is nice , though I find the DB quite stiff (it is MSSQL 2008 anyway)
You may want to open a ticket with billing and have them check the records. The credit card processing may have failed during the attempt on registering your domain name.
I mean the Database, I'm just a basic user so I find 100MB insufficient, but that is OK, this is MS SQL 2008, so I should expect for this. verified with the Credit card, I hope my client really purchased the domain name...
