Receiver mail server marks my mail as a spam!

  1. My email is "[email protected]". I sent a mail to my friends via web mail (mail.fcoa.com.au). However the mail is marked as a "Spam" at my friend inbox. Meanwhile it is thrown into junk folder on another friend's mail. This is a received message,

    From: Paul Leventhal [[email protected]]
    Sent: Wednesday, 10 March 2010 9:07 PM
    To: 'Vichit Laoledchai'
    Subject: [SPAM] table of potential cleints outreached to date

    Hi Vichit,
    I just forwarded you the text of the outreach letter......

    What should I do?

    Unfortunately the sending party will really have no control on how an email is labeled or filtered as spam on the receiving end. It is the receiving email server that has control on how an email is marked. The only thing I can suggest is to have your friend input you into there white list on their spam filter. Most spam system has this.
