Proper way to redirect www.example.com to example.com?

For the record, I did try to search the forums for this, but all I found was
http://forum.Winhost.com/showthread.php?t=3283&highlight=www
, which is exactly the other way around.

Do I also have to use URL Rewriting or some code? I was hoping for something simpler.
I use ASP.NET MVC 2.

Yes, you will need to use a redirect script or some kind or redirect rule to force a redirect form 'www.example.com' to 'example.com'

It actually went smoother than I imagined, with the URL Rewrite Module 2.0, using Hank's instructions from http://forum.Winhost.com/showthread.php?t=3802
