Hello, We have big problem when sending any mail fro any user account using the outlook or the internet mail "mail.it-localize.com" when we try to send mails from outlook, always return to check the username and password dialog, and when trying to compse mail from mail.itlocalize.com an error message appear in the bar down "pop-up window was blocked". Now we can not send any mail using our accout. so please help us to know what is the problem. pup up and smtp mail servers are mail.it-localize.com mail.it-localize.com please let me know if there are problem from our side. The problems you are having with Outlook and your webmail sounds like they are two different problems. Try not to think of them as the same problem otherwise you may get confused and come up with a possible solution that does not apply to them. Rather think of them as two different problems and you need to look at them in two different ways. As for your webmail, it sounds like your browser has the security settings so high that is maybe affecting the webmail. Set the domain name "mail.it-localize.com" as one of your trusted site. In your browser go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Settings set mail.it-localize.com as one of the websites allowed to show pop up windows. As for your Outlook, it sounds like you do not have the proper email login and password typed. Make sure you have the correct email login and password type. Drop your email profile and recreate it again. Try reading this kb article again and follow the instructions carefully.
