I tried installing SugarCRM, but i have a problem , the second step show a error "FastCGI We detect that you are not using a FastCGI handler mapping for PHP. You will need to install/configure a version that is compatible with the Sugar application. Please consult the Compatibility Matrix in the Release Notes for supported Versions. Please see http://www.iis.net/php/ for details" Support indicate me, "Have you tried mapping the PHP extension to FastCGI? You can do this in your IIS 7 Manager under the MIME types. " please, anybody can indicate me how to fix? thanks
Have you read and followed this kb article for setting up IIS 7 Manager to connect to our server. Once connected you can configure the handler mapping. http://support.Winhost.com/KB/a628/using-the-microsoft-iis-70-manager.aspx
Thanks for your help I followed all the steps that you have specified. I have no idea as configured, I followed the steps I suggest to activarlo but there is no way I can work there is any tutorial or manual to indicate steps from your server? thanks
