Hi everybody. I know I may have posted a similar question a while back. I created a form. A simple one with just the Name, Email and Comments. I lost the code to run this through Winhost. I know I had to create a few separate files in order to make this work. Due to keeping my information private and not wanting to post out my domain and password.
