Phone Number

    I love what you have to offer, but without a phone number with 24/7 technical support available, I can't consider hosting anything serious here.

    Are there plans for a phone number in the future?

    No, no plans for phone support at this time. We offer 24/7 support through the helpdesk.

    Ok, that's a problem

    That's too bad. That is the only thing holding me back from selecting you as my host.

    As you can see, even getting this "pre-sales" question answered took almost 4.5 hours.

    I can't have this kind of delay, especially for technical problems.

    That's fine. You should host with a host that you are comfortable with. But you should know that we have many customers that move from hosts with phone support over to us because our hosting and support is much better. There are lots of hosts out there that will answer the phone after being on hold for a long time and not be able to answer your technical questions. So they may have a phone number but that doesn't mean you get support.
