Paid for service yesterday buy no response

  1. Hi,

    I am in need to start work RIGHT NOW and I purchased the MAX service yesterday and I cannot get a response from anyone.

    One thing that I can think of is that the service came with a free domain, I've got my own domain , just use the one I provided and get me up and running this is very critical that this gets up and going right now.

    Please help me.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble getting started. We'll need to know the domain name you signed up with or the email address you used for the signup. You can private message me or send that information to our Billing department at billing at Winhost dot com.
