Hey guys, it seems some of my packets pass though your servers on their way from Chicago and get lost, I was wondering if you would mind taking a look into it for me?
Back to my personal computer, way up here in Saskatchewan. Hop 1 is my personal computer, Hop 8 is you guys, Hop 9 is the destination server. 64.94.32.87
That's an Internap router, nothing to do with us. We are a web host. The connection from you to a server in Chicago wouldn't ever touch us.
