   I'm using monorail (http://www.castleproject.org/monorail/index.html) MVC framework.
   
   Do you support .rails extension?

   The Only thing I need to set to be able to use rails extension is in IIs, handler mappings, add script map.
   
   The request path is *.rails
   And the executable is Isapi (aspnet_isapi.dll)
   
   Can I do such thing?

   You should be able to use the Handler Mappings module in IIS7 Manager to set this up.
