Hi, I have about 11,000 emails to send to existing customers to notify them of new upgrade opportunities for my products. These are all emails that were legitimately obtained, and the majority of these people will be delighted to receive this email (as they have been waiting for these upgrades for quite a while). Since the emails have been collected over a decade, there will be a certain percentage of people who won't remember that they're on the list, and a certain percentage of addresses that just don't exist anymore. What is the best way to handle this email sending? It is definitely not spam. What are the limits on the number of emails I can send at once from my Winhost account? Is there any inter-email time spacing that would make a difference? Would I be better-advised to engage an email sending service, and, if so, is there a low-cost one that anyone here can recommend? The sending limit using our SMTP server is 1000 email per hour and or 5000 mails per day as described under Winhost's AUP http://www.Winhost.com/about-Winhost-aup.aspx
