Resolved and currently monitoring m05 mail server

    There is an issue on m05 mail server. Our system administrators are investigating the cause of it and should be able to resolve it as soon as possible.

    Our system administrators opened a ticket with SmarterTools (the developers of SmarterMail) as the issue is caused by a bug in the software that cannot be fixed by us. SmarterTools engineers will work on it and should be able to resolve it in timely fashion.

    Service has been restored for the mail server.

    We're still have a problem with the mail server. Please monitor this forum post regarding this issue.

    The issue with the email server has been resolved. If any issues currently happening and you're on M05. Please open a support ticket with the support department.
