IMAP Terminations

  1. Hi,

    I'm having a problem receiving emails into my Winhost account. My partner and I receive emails from an automated sender at a website to two different accounts. One is Hotmail, the other is Winhost, currently the Winhost email is failing about 70% of the time. When we forward it from Hotmail to Winhost, it always works.

    I've checked the SmarterMail reports and it appears that we're getting a lot of IMAP terminations. Does anyone know what these are and if they're likely to be the cause of the problem? I've checked the SmarterMail help, and it didn't.

    The number of terminations we're showing is below:
