I have the paypal button and wonder how the client will get in touch with me. Do I need to post something else on the webpage? Sorry I am very new to websites.
You can just put a sentence on your website saying "If you have any questions or issues contact us at .....". You can add a Contact Us page to your website, like we have on our site. Look at what other sites are doing and figure out what is the best solution for your site.
