I can't open support.. Urgent need to deploy website with vs2010

I can't deploy my website, it says the error here :

Error 1 Web deployment task failed.(Remote agent (URL https://w13.Winhost.com:8172/MsDeploy.axd?site=nicelookingcars.com) could not be contacted. Make sure the remote agent service is installed and started on the target computer.)

I choose windows server 2012 is it the general trouble?

Please somebody or some technical support help me! I need to contact support but no connection in website (contact support page could not be opened)

I can do deploy now but the site still displaying default "My Site" page with sea waves. Please help...
