I am having problem in trying to make use of the Winhost sql server database backup after downloaded to my local PC which has a copy of sql server (of the same version, 2012) running. When I do a restore, the restoring process failed. I understand that Winhost does not support this but I feel it is very important in that at times I need to test out the remote database locally. Would appreciate help in solving this issue.
