Hi! I try to reinstall my site. I need to remove all files from the server and to install new files. A problem is I can't connect to FTP server - it is working very slowly and I get timeout always. I tried from SmartFTP client, from Internet Explorer, FireFox - timeout.
The problem has been solved! I stopped MuTorrent and successfully removed old files and installed new files. Possibly MuTorrent is not a reason of the problem, but any way now I have no problem with FTP.
FTP is the only way to clear the files off your root. It sounds like some networking issue. Try to bypass any firewalls and router and connect directly to the Internet. See if your FTP connection improves after that.
