how to monitor client to connect server

    Hi,

    I have developed one chat application in silverlight. In that I have server file which is "exe" file format. How to upload or execute in hosted server. So that, it will monitor client to establish connection then the chat will be performed.

    Please clear this issue.

    I'm afraid this is not possible. We don't permit executable files to be run for security reasons.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have converted this exe file to windows service. It is not possible to run from IIS. Can you install and make run this windows service, if i upload this in my hosted server?.

    I'm afraid we cannot install 3rd party EXE files or services for our customers. Since it's a shared environment, we do not install these to prevent any performance/reliability problems.
