Help - Have I created account?

  1. I have completed

    https://www.Winhost.com/order/billing.aspx

    and clicked on the "Submit" button. The button was greyed out for what seemed an age (probably 2 minutes) the showed as active again but no error message, no acknowledgement, no indication of whether account created or not!

    Do I have a Winhost account? What next?

  2. I seem to have an account ID and can login but no site. What should I do please?
     
  3. Contact the billing department ([email protected]) - there was a problem with some accounts last night, around the time you posted this.
