FTP 550 Access Denied

    I was making updates to my 404.asp file and was having no problem FTPing. Then I started getting 550 Access Denied when attempting the FTP.

    1- I rebooted my computer
    2- I have no firewalls blocking my FTP program
    3- I am able to FTP other files - even in the same root directory.
    4- I tried 2 different FTP programs.

    Somehow I think IIS has a lock on this file.

    I can't delete it or rename it. And it isn't executing properly.

    Please open up a support ticket, provide us with a copy of your FTP log, and we'll try to remove it for you.

    Looks like the lock on the file freed up on its own. All is well again.
