Filter IP from Stats

I searched, but cannot find help for the site stats tool being used.

How do you filter IPs from stats? I see the filter option, but don't know what the syntax is.

It must be here somewhere, but I can't find the address of the SmarterStats server. Can you help?

 

It is inside your Winhost control panel under the Site Manager/Stats.
