filled up credit card info, but didn't get completion screen

  1. I've just filled up the order form, the top of my screen shows
    "Select Package>>Please specify your Domain Name>>Billing Info>>Finish"

    But after I hit "submit" it takes me back to the New customer/Existing customer page, and tries to make me go through that all over again.

    I didn't get any email confirmation, but when I try to register the domain name I wanted again, it's still available.

    What happened? Did I time out? Is my card charged? Should I submit my order again?

    What is the domain name you are trying to register and the domain name associated to your account?

    I've sent an email to billing and they said they received nothing. I guess it's just something wrong with Chrome then. I'm re-registering.

    For something like this I suggest you open a ticket to our support department right away.
