Hi I'm facing an issue and i should figure out how to fix it asap 'cause my customer is going to announce the opening of the new website. I have my site hosted on Winhost and another registrar where i registered the dns. Right now i always worked on the site by using the secondary address. Yesterday i registered the dns and today i'm trying to connect by primary address but doesn't work. 1) dns are refreshed 'cause i tryed many look up sites and all point to the right ip 2) I tryed to connect to my site by Ip but i get this message back on my browser: Web Page is Unavailable We are very sorry. The web page you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please contact the Website Administrator. DNS Settings Hi. Perhaps you want someone from Winhost to reply. But what I can see is: 1. http://winetownfirenze.com/ seems to resolve nicely while http://www.winetownfirenze.com/ does not. You could check your DNS settings - go into your control panel, "Manage A Records". Both should be listed there. 2. You have a shared IP with multiple other sites, so you cannot reach your site by IP address. Hope this helps. Regards, -Juergen
Try performing a ping test on winetownfirenze.com and www.winetownfirenze.com. See if they are resolving to the same IP address.
